Appointment Policies
At Magnolia Monterey Bridal, we are committed to providing you with the best experience during your appointment. To ensure fairness and availability for all our brides, the following policies apply:
Reservation Fee:
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Any cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a nonrefundable $50 fee, automatically charged to the card on file.
Grace Period:
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Beyond this time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and subject to the $50 fee.
By requesting an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
If you need to cancel, reschedule, or notify us of a delay, please text us at (831) 250‑9380 or call (831) 769‑4744. If we don’t answer immediately, we are likely assisting another bride and will respond as soon as possible.
